Event Cube prides itself on its meticulous approach to event planning and quality control at all times

During the planning stage the key services we provide are:

  • Arranging site visits and planning meetings
  • Producing management and planning tools - detailed project planners, checklists and event schedules / working documents
  • Management of the venue and co-ordination of all suppliers involved on all aspects of the event - Event Cube is your one point of contact.
  • Consolidation of supplier contracts, negotiation of most favorable terms
  • Co-operation with other suppliers who may be subcontracted directly by the client (e.g. travel agency or production company).
  • Event budget management
  • Supplier payment management
  • Producing delegate documentation and other material - itineraries, joining instructions , name badges, signage, etc…

Whilst on site Event Cube will provide the following staffing and services:

  • Experienced conference staff managed by the assigned Event Director
  • Multilingual local staff, hostesses and guides
  • Set-up and manage hospitality desk and on site conference office
  • Management of the venue and suppliers to ensure that all services and arrangements are delivered to the client’s expectation and contracted standards
  • Co-ordination of airport transfers and transfers to outside functions held during the event
  • Advance checks for all catering functions
  • Management of all activities outside the hotel / venue
  • Administration support to the client
  • Assistance with distribution of on-site delegate material (badges, delegate packs etc…)
  • Signage
  • Crisis management

Event Cube will continue to provide full support to the client after every event:

  • Final accounts and statements
  • Checking supplier invoices
  • Arranging de-brief meetings
  • Post event feedback analysis
